| Four generations of the Edwards family in this photograph - taken sometime in the early 1900. This photo has been framed using a warm suede top mat, a wooden fillet and a goldish brown bottom mat - the frame is an antique style wood frame from the Larson- Juhl Bannister Collection.
Note that the top mat is light in color. This contrasts the subject matter causing the men in the photograph to stand out more. While the darker bottom mat helps to pull the design together. |
