Juan Carlos Camacho
An accomplished watercolor artist, Juan Carlos Camacho is also a licensed architect. Camacho's watercolors are well-known throughout Costa Rica, and are found in many personal and corporate art collections.
 He is best known for his airy, dynamic watercolor paintings. His landscape paintings capture subtle changes in light and atmosphere, and strike a wonderful balance between control and spontaneity.
After touring the nation, including Georgia and Ohio, he produced a body of work to celebrate and remember his experiences.
Interested in panoramic views that accentuate distance, and the relationship between large green masses and architectural elements such as churches or small towns, his brush enriches watercolor with dry-brush details and areas worked with humid paper in which he achieves a spontaneous and loose touch.
This giclee is framed with a olive green linen mat, wood fillet mat liner and Larson Juhl frame, from the Sofia line of mouldings. the overall size of the framed print is 36" wide and 29" tall.
